Under the general supervision of the Sewer Foreman, performs skilled and semi-skilled manual labor involving the construction, installation, repair, and maintenance of sewer collection system infrastructure. Operates, maintains, and helps repair heavy equipment. Work is performed under general supervision and is subject to review through observation, results achieved, and compliance with generally accepted procedures.
